During the shipment, the great quality is safeguarded by special refrigerator boxes that conserve products for same days, perfectly.
“Bianchetti” Fresh Truffle
from January to April.
It is very similar to the white summer truffle.
Usually it is cut into slices, slightly heated and put on toasted bread, pasta, meat, fish and salads with cheese and oil or butter cream.
White Summer Truffle
From September to December
A perfect sauce is created by a mix among White Truffle, butter, meat broth and cheese
Black Summer Truffle
From May to December.
Summer truffles are usually found in limestone terrains, in oakwoods and pinewoods.
The traditional sauce is obtained by adding it to olive oil hot but not boiling, salt pepper and just a little bit of garlic.
Black Fresh Truffle – Black Diamond
From December to March
The best use is with warm olive oil, a little bit of garlic, salt and pepper; it’ll be a perfect sauce for meat and fish.
Or cut it in slides for salads.
